1. This service is provided free of charge.
2. There is no entitlement to use this service. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of availability.
3. We may change, restrict or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.
4. It is prohibited to use the service for phishing, malware, spam, botnet control or any other illegal content or activity. To report such use, please see our Abuse Contact. Abusive use of the service will result in the deletion of the account.
5. Using the account with a disposable email address is prohibited. Accounts using a disposable email address will be deleted.
6. Inactive accounts may be deleted. This includes in particular accounts whose IP addresses do not change regularly.
7. Excessive use of the service, such as unreasonably frequent API requests, may be throttled or blocked.
8. You are responsible for keeping your password and API tokens confidential.
9. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In all other cases, our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. We may change these terms at any time. The current version is published on this page.

12. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Digineo GmbH.
